Walking Lunge Step: 30 Reps 45/30 (Weight) Watch
Kettlebell Clean: 20 Reps 45/30 (Weight) Watch
Handtsand Push Up: 10 Reps Watch

Strengh

EMOM 10 Minutes
Weighted Pull-ups: 3 Reps 15/25 (Weight) Watch
NOTES: Do whatever weight you have, but try to keep it so that you are struggling on that 4th rep
